Shows + equipment

Performance dates, rehearsals, consoles, wireless, support gear, rentals, and deployment.

Logistics

Travel, freight, lodging, per diem, overtime, local labor, or outside suppliers when approved.

Written project quote

The quote names the dates, roles, equipment, schedule, responsibilities, payment cadence, and exclusions.
