How technical work is priced.

Technical support starts with the system, access, and labor required. Larger projects are defined in a written scope; parts, rentals, and specialist service are separate when applicable.

System review, testing, diagnosis, configuration, preparation, documentation, and field time.

Equipment + parts

Approved rentals, replacement equipment, parts, test resources, or manufacturer and specialist service.

Deployment + access

Site access, setup, delivery, transport, verification, travel, training, and return responsibilities when included.

Written scope and quote

The proposal lists the accepted work, labor basis, equipment or parts, site responsibilities, schedule, and approval points.

Assessment does not guarantee repairability, parts, turnaround time, inventory, or manufacturer authorization.
